About Karra
Karra’s expertise is grounded in both professional achievement and personal experience.
For more than a decade Karra’s built and directed Eloff & Andrews Clinical Psychology, an Australian health organisation that supports thousands each month with gold-standard mental health care. It’s this experience that informs her work with leaders and teams seeking to achieve at the highest level.
She is also the author and founder of The Chronic Pain Couple™, a global initiative providing practical resources for couples navigating persistent pain, including her internationally published book, The Chronic Pain Couple: How to be a joyful partner and have a remarkable relationship in spite of chronic pain (now translated into multiple languages).
Her own journey with chronic illness led her to recognise the need for a better approach to performance, and wellbeing. Drawing from her background in health, research and communication, including a Masters of Speech Pathology with research from The University of Queensland, Karra has dedicated her career to empowering others to achieve more, despite adversity.
She has been featured across major media platforms as a thought leader on pain and high performance, as well as illness and relationships and is a regular guest on television, radio, and podcasts.
In 2025 Karra launched The Lament Project, partnering with churches to better care for their people with chronic conditions or long-lasting hardship.
