Karra Eloff is your trusted Sunshine Coast pain coach, author, and speaker. Known for her compassionate approach and expert knowledge, Karra helps individuals and couples navigate the challenges of living with persistent pain or chronic illness. Through tailored coaching sessions, engaging workshops, and insightful writings, she provides practical strategies and support, making a profound impact on those she serves.

Karra’s work in the area of pain, performance and emotional well-being started with a career in health and communication. She holds a Master of Speech Pathology from The University of Queensland and a bachelor degree in Applied Linguistics and Language. Her early career focused on the ways in which language is fundamental to human understanding, communication and culture, as well as supporting individuals with speech, language and swallowing conditions.

In 2015 Karra co-founded the private psychology company, Eloff & Andrews Clinical Psychology (E&A). In her role as managing director, she leads a team of dedicated health professionals and is grateful for every opportunity to genuinely care for the Sunshine Coast community through the mental health service.

While working in the area of mental health and due to her own journey with a painful chronic illness, Karra became acutely aware of the lack of practical support for:

  1. Couples affected by a partner with chronic pain

  2. High performing individuals who didn’t want chronic illness or pain to hold them back

This led her to founding the startup company, The Chronic Pain Couple™ and penning the book The Chronic Pain Couple: How to be a joyful partner and have a remarkable relationship in spite of chronic pain (now sold worldwide and translated into French and German).

Karra offers 1:1 coaching in person on The Sunshine Coast and online, for high performing individuals and couples (including business owners) who are navigating chronic illness or persistent pain and seeking more joy, improved emotional wellbeing, optimal performance or a better relationship.

Karra regularly presents in Australia and internationally at conferences and events and was a regular guest panelist on the Australian TV show BeThat. She also provides consulting and workshops to corporations looking to include chronic illness and chronic pain in their Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) programmes.
